The physicians and staff are wonderful and so caring. Would not take my animals anywhere else.( and I live 2 hours away)

My Whippet Mix was having a lot of issues this morning, she’s only four years old. I took her in for a full exam to make sure she was ok and she was given the best attention possible! They gave me a call about midday to make sure she was feeling better, I have never had that type of customer service!

I couldn't recommend them more! I have had nothing but positive experiences here. My parents brought my dogs here growing up, and I when I got my Doberman I knew I didn't want to bring him anywhere else. The entire staff is kind, supportive, and is willing to answer any questions or concerns that you have.

Dr. Claytor has been taking care of my babies my whole life and for the whole lives of all my animals I've had over the years (except when I wasn't living in the Ham). She is gentle and can get them to behave for their shots or whatever needs to be done in a routine exam. She's also taken good care of them when they are very sick and shown me how to better care for them. Sometimes I wonder about maybe one of the assistants, but nothing to give me any real concern. When i lost my house in a storm, I boarded two cats here for a few weeks while my living arrangements were sorted out. The staff was very attentive to their diet needs (writing every word I said on a card and putting in on their cage) and allowed me to come visit whenever I wanted to. When I visited, I found that all my instructions and preferences were being followed and my cats were getting fantastic care.
I've dealt with at least one vet other than Dr. Claytor. My kitty received perfectly adequate care and I have nothing to rave or rage about.

We have used Oxmoor Animal Clinic and Dr Claytor for over 25 years through two cats, one bunny and four dogs.
She has diagnosed, accurately, a major allergy in one dog (chicken) and cleaned the teeth of another who had really bad breath plus given care to all of our pets along the way. She loves animals!
Dr. Claytor and her team are good at what they do and so caring that I would trust them with any animal we have. The staff is great. Bebe and Moose are lucky to have the people at Oxmoor Animal Clinic!
